WCA - Worst Case Analysis
With WCA the circuit designer is able to estimate the worst-case conditions for individual performance specifications. It determines partial and total yields for given specifications on circuit performances.

Two Modes
There are two modes of application within Worst-Case Analysis, that are both based on determination of the worst-case point. They only swap input and output:
- Yield analysis determines the robustness/yield for a given specification on a performance and thus answers the question "How much yield can be expected for the given specifications"?
- Worst-case analysis determines a specification for a given robustness/yield and thus answers the question "What minimum/maximum performance value has to be accepted as specification to ensure a certain robustness/yield"?
