SFI - Simulator / Framework, Interface
The setup of WiCkeD´s simulation environment is supported by specific integration software for design capture systems (aka frameworks) which provide the user with a graphical setup depending on the design capture system, simulators and libraries.

Overview
See the framework integration manual for more information on the setup steps to be performed by the user. The interface to the simulation program is implemented by SimServers. Each of those can serve simulation requests. The simultaneous simulation on many computers is managed by a Distributor. The Distributor takes simulation requests from WiCkeDTM and spreads them among a set of associated SimServers.
