MMA - Deterministic Mismatch Analysis
MMA identifies and analyses mismatch-relevant transistor pairs on selected circuit performances. The variance of these local variations will be analyzed based on dependencies of device pair geometries.

Deterministic Mismatch Analysis
The Deterministic Mismatch Analysis detects mismatch behaviour of performances and shows to the user which device parameter pairs cause the largest performance drop by mismatch effects. In order to perform a Deterministic Mismatch Analysis at least two local process parameters and at least one performance must be defined. The simulation effort for Deterministic Mismatch Analysis grows linearly with the number of performances and almost linearly with the number of parameters. Before starting a subsequent analysis, the performances which are to be considered in the Deterministic Mismatch Analysis can be selected, thereby reducing the simulation effort.
