Fulfill Given Specifications Based on Sampling
With a GNO Global Nominal Optimization the circuit is sized such that - under influence of operating parameters - the given specifications are fulfilled as good as possible. The process variations are not taken into account. The Stochastic algorithm for Global Nominal Optimization iteratively generates samples and then reduces the sampling area based on an evaluation of the samples. It does not rely on gradient information.
