FEA - Feasibility Optimization
FEA enables the circuit designer to automatically optimize the operating point of its design to fulfil all electrical/geometrical constraints. A feasible design represents a first step towards successful circuit optimization.

Choosing Optimization - Find Closest, Find Central
Find central point determines values for the selected design parameters, well inside feasible region the feasible region. This feasible region consists of all points in the space of the design parameters, that meet all given constraints. This algorithm might be applied at the very beginning of a circuit sizing, e.g. after a technology migration or for a new topology.
Find closest point changes the values of the selected design parameters as little as possible from the nominal point to meet all constraints. Its main application is for example during a manual sizing. In this case, it can be helpful to ensure fulfillment of constraints while influencing circuit performances as little as possible.
