FEA - Feasibility Optimization
FEA enables the circuit designer to automatically optimize the operating point of its design to fulfil all electrical/geometrical constraints. A feasible design represents a first step towards successful circuit optimization.

Overview
In the Feasibility Optimization, the underlying optimization algorithm changes the values of design parameters such that all given constraints are fulfilled with nominal operating and process parameters. This is known as a feasible design. Because structural constraints define technically correct operating conditions for the circuit under construction (e.g. transistors operate in saturation region), finding a feasible design represents the first step towards a successful circuit optimization. A feasible design represents a suitable starting point for other analyses or optimizations.
Feature Examples contain:
- Topology Analysis and Diagnosis
- Constraint fulfillment
- Algorithm Find Closest
- Algorithm Find Central
- Minimum change of constraints
- Maximum over fulfilment of constraints
