The MunEDA User Group Meeting Europe 2008 took successfully place as two-day event at October 9/10, 2008 at Four Seasons Kempinski, Munich. WiCkeD users from worldwide companies and institutes participated at this outstanding technical event e.g. AMD, Atmel Germany GmbH & Co. MUGM is an open forum that provides MunEDA users the opportunity to exchange ideas, discuss problems and explore solutions. It also gives users a chance to meet with MunEDA executives, developers and support engineers. The program is highly technical and developed by users with an emphasis on customer issues.
The MUGM Europe 2008 with focus on the special topic Sizing Strategies for High-Robust and High Reliable Circuit Designs hosted more than 18 contributions of WiCkeD design flow integration and application cases as well as presentations about related research activities based or in combination with MunEDA´s DFM-DFY methodologies.

The social event after the first day of User Group Meeting Europe 2008 took place at the traditional “Vinorant Alter Hof” located in one of the most ancient parts of Munich.
