DATE07: MunEDA Releases Version 5.1 of its DFM-DFY software tool family WiCkeD^TM

MunEDA has released at DATE07 conference in Nice France the latest version 5.1 of its worldwide outstanding software tool family WiCkeD for automated analysis and optimization of analog, mixed-signal and digital integrated circuits.

Version 5.1. includes the following improvements:

Handling of discrete parameters and manufacturing grids
Automatic parameterization from schematic and netlist
Installation and configuration
Automatic backannotation to circuit schematic
Handling of callbacks
Standalone mode & integration to Cadence DFII & IC 6.1
Simulator support for Synopsys HSpice
Support for parsing of netlists of large designs (>1000 devices)

Additionally new and improved optimizer functions have been added as well as the online help significantly improved. With the new features and improvements MunEDA answers to the feedback of their worldwide users in DFM and DFY functionality.
